About the Book
The Inspiring Story Of An Advocate And Cannabis Crusader
Orphaned on the streets of Montreal in 1969, the protagonist endures a harsh childhood and adolescence. Adopted by the Carlisle family, he relocates to Vermont where they open a Bed and Breakfast. An outstanding athlete, he excels in baseball and basketball, becoming a pitcher for the Randolph Mets and a forward for the Galloping Ghosts. However, his life takes a dark turn when he becomes a victim of serial child predator Alfred Hill.
Motivated by his traumatic experiences, he pursued a career in justice, studying for medical cannabis. He becomes aware of how Canada’s cannabis criminalization disproportionately affected terminally ill HIV and cancer patients. His activism played a crucial role in pushing for national cannabis legalization in 2017.
Despite his efforts, he was wrongfully accused and arrested in July 2017 on multiple counts of aggravated sexual assault by non disclosure of My HIV Cancer status. Enduring inhumane prison conditions, he witnesses others plead guilty to escape the brutal treatment. With divine intervention, he is eventually released, all charges are dropped, and he achieves justice.
